How do I access my download after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime by logging into your account and visiting your order history.
What file formats are included?
Most of our printables are delivered as PDF files, which can be opened on any device and printed at home or at a print shop.
Can I print these at home?
Yes! All of our printables are designed to be printed at home on standard letter-size (8.5" x 11") paper. For best results, we recommend printing on white cardstock.
How many times can I download my files?
You can download your files up to 5 times. If you need additional downloads, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
What if my download link doesn't work?
If you're having trouble with your download link, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at the link below and we'll resend it promptly.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue with your files, please reach out and we'll make it right.
Can I use these for commercial or classroom use?
